Nortan’s CEO, Terry Byron built the business from a small back room in Blackburn to a full-service business, employing a solid team of local Melburnians who you can trust and rely on.

He believes in utilising the best – without costing the earth –  air conditioning and heating systems, winners of quality and design awards throughout Australia. Terry’s testament is his clients, who are design and price-conscious and keep returning to Nortan for service, maintenance and advisory.

His professional team is available seven days a week, on-call, and ready to assist with emergency repairs on the steamiest days, and the stormiest nights.

    • A team of experienced technicians, able to accurately diagnose and repair.
    • A wide range of suppliers of equipment and spare parts to service the range.
    • Our reliability is also underpinned by our fleet of well-maintained vehicles utilised by our service technicians.
  • Economical – our service technicians cover a wide range of skills, so that it is rare you need to engage, or wait for, another technician in order for work to be completed. Our skills include building services, assessment of gas pressures, operating temperatures, operating pressures, operating electrical conditions (volts, amps, capacitance, resistances of equipment components), water treatment.
    Our technicians are not only skilled in the installation of new systems, they are also well experienced in retrofitting of aged systems, upgrading ductwork and controls.
