Contract Maintenance

Nortan Air Conditioning & Heating provides regular maintenance services for many of our clients in commercial, retail, government, healthcare, educational and industrial facilities.  Maintenance ensures the longevity of your system, superior performance, and lowers the total cost of HVAC operation.

Our maintenance services can be tailored to the specific requirements of your facility, and may include

• Assessment of the efficiency of the existing HVAC unit, both in terms of the output and the energy usage.
• Electro-mechanical services, installation, maintenance, and fault finding on HVAC equipment and controls.
• Diagnosis of the cause of any issues in output and efficiency, including poor air quality.
• Repair of any malfunctioning systems.
• Replacement of equipment producing fluorocarbons (R22), including sourcing of new equipment.
• Installation of ductwork or grills.
• Filter and equipment cleaning to ensure safe and efficient operation.
• Safety check, including rectifying any safety issues.
• Environmental control including reclaiming refrigerants from systems that are to be decommissioned or are in poor condition, to avoid release of refrigerants into the atmosphere.
• Condition reports on equipment.
